Strange business practice...Quoted $993 for 3 ball joints and alignment but they decided to replace 4 ball joints...without calling for authorization, so they presented a bill for $1200. Seems a bit high but it’s now 2020. Unlike some local Firestone Stores, this shop is reputable in the community with experienced technicians and quality work.
